Time required:

  • It takes less than 2 hours to go through all the videos in the course. 
  • The course is made up of 10 modules (one for each of the 10 techniques). The modules range from 3 minutes to 15 minutes.  
  • Doing the exercises for the 10 techniques can take an additional 1 to 3 or hours depending on how much time you invest in learning and applying them.

Due founded Calm Clarity in 2013 by combining neuroscience and mindfulness to show people from all backgrounds how to rewire their brains to realize their full potential. Having started life in poverty as a refugee in inner-city Philadelphia, Due turned to neuroscience to heal the long-term effects of trauma, graduate from Harvard College and the Wharton School of Business, and build a successful international business career, before turning her focus to Calm Clarity.

Our mission is to improve collective well-being, develop inclusive leaders, and create a world where all individuals and communities thrive together.  

Our innovative programs combine neuroscience and mindfulness to calm anxiety, heal trauma,  deconstruct unconscious bias, and develop inclusive leadership skills.

We are working to close disparities in well-being and mental health by applying neuroscience to address the impact that challenges and traumas often experienced by marginalized groups, such as poverty, inequality, stigma, discrimination, and violence, have on the brain.
