What you will learn:

  • An overview of the "anxious brain," including why anxiety evolved, how it can be harnessed to rise to challenges, and how to strengthen neural networks that calm anxiety.
  • A better understanding of what triggers anxiety in your life and how you can "hack" your mind to manage and develop resilience to these triggers. 
  • A toolkit of 10 science-based techniques to soothe an anxious brain which you will practice applying to your personal situation to explore which ones are more effective for you. 
  • Insights from applying exercises to your real life challenges that will help you overcome the fear and anxiety of having anxiety.  


Time required:

  • It takes less than 2 hours to go through all the videos in the course. 
  • The course is made up of 10 modules (one for each of the 10 techniques). The modules range from 2.5 minutes to 15 minutes.  
  • The exercises to practice the techniques can take an additional 1 to 3 or hours depending on whether you rush through them or take your time to become adept at applying them.

Due Quach

(Pronounced ‘Zway Kwok’) An inspiring social entrepreneur and mental health advocate, Due is the author of Calm Clarity: How to Use Science to Rewire Your Brain for Greater Wisdom, Fulfillment and Joy, one of Fast Company’s best business books of 2018. Her social enterprise, also named Calm Clarity, uses neuroscience and mindfulness to guide organizations and individuals to address unconscious bias and systemic inequity, develop leadership and resilience, and foster genuine inclusion. Having started life in poverty as a refugee in inner-city Philadelphia, Due turned to neuroscience to heal the long-term effects of trauma, graduate from Harvard College and the Wharton School of Business, and build a successful international business career, before turning her focus to Calm Clarity.

About Calm Clarity

Who we are

Our mission is to guide and support people to rewire their brain and embrace their inner wisdom to improve their well-being and become inclusive leaders.  

We provide training, consulting, and other resources to guide people and organizations to develop and strengthen neural networks we refer to as "Brain 3.0." Brain 3.0 is a state of brain optimization that enables people to:

  • master their urges and impulses
  • heal trauma
  • counteract unconscious biases
  • change limiting patterns
  • navigate challenges and crises
  • embody their core values and aspirations
  • realize a greater vision and purpose.

Since our first programs in 2013, we have supported diverse groups facing financial hardship and adversity to develop and strengthen Brain 3.0. The support we provide enables them to more readily navigate obstacles, improve their lives, and positively impact their community. 

Currently, to create mental health equity, we are building a digital platform and a peer mentorship program to support more people to improve their well-being.
